If you are a manufacturer rep or indie designer who would like to run free demo games for our attendees, please contact us after submitting your event so we can include your event in our ‘Virtual Demos’ category and we’ll also offer a free Demo Rep badge!

All event judges will receive badges and swag based on how many 4 hour slots run requiring a paid ticket to participate. These slots are cumulative and do not have to be consecutive.

1 slot: free 1 day GM badge + D6
2 slots: free 2 day GM badge + D6 + keychain
3 slots: free all weekend GM badge + D6 + keychain + metal bookmark
4 slots: free all weekend GM badge + D6 + keychain + coaster
5 slots: free all weekend GM badge + D6 + keychain + pull-string dice bag
6 slots: free all weekend GM badge + D6 + keychain + dice bowl
7 slots: free all weekend GM badge + D6 + keychain + 3D printed dice tower

GMs have the option to run events as a bystander or play in their own event. If the event sells out and the GM has not purchased a ticket to reserve their seat they are expected to participate as a GM only.

As a GM you agree to tidy your event space before you leave and to vacate it in advance of the next event so the next GM may set up.
